This website has no sign-up, no contact form and no account. We only learn about you when you choose to call us. On that call we may ask for your name, your phone number, where your vehicle is, where it needs to go, and a description of the vehicle and the problem.

If you pay us, the payment is handled at the time of service. We keep only what we need to record the job.

How We Use It

We use what you tell us to dispatch a driver, reach you while help is on the way, complete the tow or roadside service, and keep a record of the job. If your insurer or roadside program is paying for the service, we share the job details they need to process it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Website Data

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like any website, the servers that deliver it may record basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

Keeping It Safe

We limit access to job records to the people who need them to serve you, and we keep them only as long as we need them for our records and any legal obligations under Florida law.
